So we here you may be interested in one of our show stopping customized felt hats? Say no more, you have found the right place! Whether you want it to be similar to the demo hats or you have your own ideas we have you covered.

For custom hats you can either ship your hat to an address that will be provided to you via email, or you can purchase a brand new hat + your customization. We highly recommend purchasing a brand new hat with your customization to avoid any large shipping fees you may inquire when shipping your hat as prices vary depending on location. NYAC provides Charlie 1 Horse, Lack of Color straw and felt hats and Pro Hats.

• Your email must include the following information -
• Your full name (first and last)
• Hat size (Don't know it? That's totally okay, just let us know and we can help you figure it out.)
• Felt or straw hat? (Felt hat is recommended)
• Will you be providing a hat to be customized or will you be purchasing hat+customization? 
• If purchasing hat+customization which brand of hat is your choice of preference - Charlie 1 Horse or Lack of Color? (Need help choosing? Don't worry - we can help!)
• What is your requested arrival date? (Are you needing it for an event, by a certain time, etc)

Please wait 2-3 business days for a response on your inquiry. Once we have received the information from your email we will then proceed further! This email will include the color options for your hat, your estimated wait time, any questions we may have for you, recommendations/ideas we may have for your hat, a breakdown on pricing on your new custom hat. Once you have received this email you can review your options and just write us back :) Payment will be requested by invoice via email, this will be sent to you after we have come up with the final idea.
